These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.twinies.it (“Website”) and the purchase of products offered by CMDB S.r.l., headquartered at Via Matteotti 3 – 24021 Albino (BG), Italy, with operational headquarters at Via Alcide De Gasperi 30/A – 24048 Treviolo (BG), Italy, VAT IT04421430168 (“TWINIES” or “Seller”).
By accessing the Website or placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms.

TWINIES sells its products exclusively online. Physical retail sales are made only through independent third-party retailers.
2. Products and Services
TWINIES offers coordinated clothing and accessories for dogs and their owners.
Products are sold exclusively online and shipped across the European Union.
Product images are for illustration purposes only; slight variations in color or material may occur.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Invoices are issued upon customer request.
4. Discount Codes and Promotions
TWINIES may offer discount codes or promotional campaigns from time to time.
Applicable conditions (validity, value, included items, combinability) will be communicated case by case.
Codes:
- are not retroactive
- cannot be converted into cash
- cannot be applied to already confirmed orders
5. Contract Completion
The customer’s order constitutes a binding purchase offer.
The contract is completed when TWINIES sends the order confirmation email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- obvious pricing errors
- stock issues
- system errors
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment use
Any amounts already paid will be refunded immediately.
6. Product Availability
Products displayed on the Website are generally available.
If a product becomes unavailable due to stock discrepancies:
- the order may be amended or cancelled
- the customer will be notified
- a refund will be issued for unavailable items
No additional compensation will be provided.
7. Shipping
Carrier: UPS
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 1–2 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping fees:
- €10 for orders under €150
- Free for orders €150 or above
A tracking number is always provided.
8. Duties, taxes and import fees
Shipments within the European Union do not incur customs duties.
If in the future shipments are made outside the EU, any customs duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.
9.1 How to return
Requests must be emailed to help@twinies.it.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended; TWINIES is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
9.2 Item Condition
Returns will be refused if items are:
- worn
- missing original tags
- damaged, altered or not in original condition
9.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product:
- is received,
- inspected,
- approved.
Processing time: approximately 14 days, depending on transit and verification times.
9.4 Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested if the replacement product is available.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
TWINIES does not offer insured shipping.
If a parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered, the customer must contact help@twinies.it.
While the courier is responsible for transport damage, TWINIES will assist in resolving the issue.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs—is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
TWINIES is not liable for:
- technical issues, website errors or service interruptions
- obvious pricing errors (orders may be cancelled)
- indirect or consequential damages
- improper use of products
- delays caused by third parties
The Website is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted service.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For disputes involving EU consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with EU regulations.
In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the Italian version prevails.
14. Amendments
TWINIES may amend these Terms at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the date when the order is placed.
